This return policy applies to RTD Gifts and the online storefronts operated by RTD Gifts.

Our 30-day return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. PC software is non-returnable.

Item condition

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was sent: unused, without damage or abuse, and with no missing parts or pieces.

How to request a return

1. Complete our Returns Form before mailing an item back so we know to expect it.
2. Provide the order and product details requested on the form.
3. Package the merchandise carefully for its return.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us with your order details so we can help.

Your refund

After we receive the returned merchandise and confirm its condition, we issue a full refund, including the original shipping charge and applicable tax.
